Two Sisters On Horseback – Riding Cross-Canada For Lions/Canada Dog Guides (VIDEO)

Fraser Valley/Halifax – The idea started in 2017. As of May 1, 2019, they returned to the road and as of publishing, heading for Christina Lake and en route through the Fraser Valley to the West Coast.

Katie & Jewel Keca are riding their horses across Canada (yes, really!). In 2017, they set out from Mahone Bay, NS and travelled to Sault Ste. Marie, ON. It took them 116 days to cover ~2500kms and they set out again May 1st, 2019 to finish the West Coast.

The ride raises money and awareness for LFC (Lions Club) Dog Guides; a foundation very close to their hearts. So far, they’ve raised over $8,000 for the Lions Foundation as well as raising 5 pups.
