Maple Ridge – The TV Series “Supergirl” will be filming scenes on 119 Ave. between 223 St. and 224 St. on Friday morning August 2.
Brief traffic delays can be expected between 9 am and approximately 2 pm.
The crew will move to North Ave. between 224 St. and Fraser St. to continue filming in the early afternoon.
RCMP and Traffic Control Personnel will be on site to assist with traffic control.
There is one scene to be filmed along the north section of sidewalk in front of 22141 119 Avenue. This scene is of 2 actors visiting their hometown.
The scenes to be filmed along North Avenue are of a car arriving and parking on the side of the road, a scene of 2 people crossing Fraser Street and walking up the sidewalk and 1 scene that will take place inside of the North Street Market. During this time the North Street Market and King’s Kitchen will be closed to the public. King’s Kitchen will remain open for take out and delivery service.
