Chiefs Trade Marrocco Traded to Bonnyville

Chilliwack – The Chilliwack Chiefs have transferred the CJHL playing rights to D Alexander Marrocco to the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. Marrocco, a native of Edmonton, Alberta suited up in 48 regular season games last season for the Chiefs, totalling 2 goals, 16 assists and 33 PIMS. He also dressed for 9 games in the 2019 BCHL playoffs.

Chiefs Associate Coach and Assistant GM Brad Rihela had this to say about the transaction: “We would like to thank Alex for his commitment to the Chiefs organization, and the community of Chilliwack. He was a great teammate and player for us last season and we know he will be a very welcome addition in Bonnyville.”
