Abbotsford – After 28 successful years, the Abbotsford Police Challenge Run is changing and has become the AbbyPD Heroes Ninja Challenge, a fun new family-friendly event that combines approximately 4km of running with 5 fitness challenges! The course is suitable for everyone aged 4 and up, with a modified course available for families with younger children or for persons with disabilities.
Starting at Bradner Elementary School (Bradner Rd and Haverman Rd), participants will run approximately 1.3 km, complete 5 fitness challenges along a fitness trail, then run the 1.3 km back to the school.
All proceeds from the challenge will be donated to Special Olympics BC, supporting athletes both locally and around the province.The event is Saturday, June 1 from 8:30AM to 3PM.
