Fraser Valley – Environment Canada confirmed what some tanned and sun burned people already know. Tuesday was another record setting day for warm temperatures. Some of those records stood for 90 years.
Wednesday is the first official day of Spring. UV index 5 or moderate. the potential is there for a third straight day of records falling by the wayside.

Abbotsford Area New record: 24.5 Old record: 20.0 set in 1960 Records began in 1944
Agassiz Area New record: 24.4 Old record: 23.7 set in 1928 Records began in 1889
Chilliwack Area New record: 24.1 Old record: 23.9 set in 1928 Records began in 1881
Hope Area New record: 24.1 Old record: 21.7 set in 1947 Records began in 1936
