Fraser Valley – A sure sign of spring, the time change as we spring forward one hour to Pacific Daylight Saving Time.
With the time change comes, once again, the argument to scrap the spring and fall fiddling with the clocks, microwave, coffee maker et al and just leave it alone. One time frame, daylight saving all year round.
The argument came up (again) with talks between BC Premier John Horgan and Governors of the Pacific States in the US.
Bottom line, the clocks go forward before you go to bed on Saturday night. the actual change is at 2 AM Sunday morning.
It is also the time (pardon the pun) to check batteries in smoke alarms.
It also givers FVN the reason to play some Pink Floyd.
