Pilots Fall To Langley – Series Now 2-1

Langley Township- The Langley Trappers finally notched their first playoff win of the series, successfully defending the George Preston Centre on Tuesday night by defeating the Abbotsford Pilots by a score of 4-1.

Three straight goals in the first period from Corbin Genge, Sloan Kelly, and Brandon Rexhepi were the difference maker in the third game of the best-of-7 series, which Langley now trails 2-1.

A flurry of penalties assessed to the Trappers in the final five minutes of play did not phase the home team. Goaltender Kristian Lyon made a total of 52 saves in the win.

Final Score: Langley Trappers 4 – Abbotsford Pilots 1
