BC Ferries Cancels Evening Sailings Ahead Of Snow Storm

Vancouver – Due to the expected deteriorating weather conditions and snow forecast, BC Ferries is cancelling the last round trips ​for several routes between Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island ON MONDAY EVENING.

BC Ferries site passenger and crew safety and given the road conditions last evening and forecast for even more snow this afternoon and evening, the following sailings have been docked:

Swartz Bay – Tsawwassen: 7:00 pm departing both directions
9:00 pm departing both directions   Tsawwassen – Duke Point: 8:15 pm departing both directions 10:45 pm departing both directions

Horseshoe Bay – Snug Cove: 10:00 pm departing Horseshoe Bay
10:30 pm departing Snug Cove

Reserved customers will be notified and will have their reservation fees automatically refunded. 

Service is expected to resume Tuesday morning.
