Arctic outflow warning in effect for:
- Fraser Valley – central including Chilliwack
- Fraser Valley – east including Hope
- Fraser Valley – west including Abbotsford
Strong outflow winds and very cold wind chills will persist into early next week.
The bitterly cold conditions will persist into early next week.
