Abbotsford Community Foundation Celebrates 40 Years

Abbotsford – The Abbotsford Community Foundation is celebrating 40 years of giving back to the community. This fund started with philanthropists Vivian and Alan Trethewey (yes, the street named after them) and evolved from assisting the then Matsqui-Abbotsford Parks and Recreation Commission to other projects.

Grants of over $10.5M have assisted over 5000 Abbotsford students over the years, to fulfill their secondary education hopes and dreams.

More information from their website can be found here.
