Chilliwack/Ridge Meadows/Hope/Jones Lake – UPDATE – Chilliwack RCMP arrested a 40-year-old man from the Ridge Meadows area after a tip that the suspect was in the Jones Lake area (between Chilliwack and Hope).
Investigators are still gathering evidence, but believe the stabbings were targeted. Chilliwack General Investigation Support Team (GIST) Investigators supported by Ridge Meadows RCMP connected the location of a suspect to the Jones Lake area where a 40-year-old man from Ridge Meadows was arrested by the Hope RCMP.

ORIGINAL STORY – RCMP remain tight lipped about a double stabbing in a townhouse complex, late Thursday night.
It happened around 11:50PM Thursday in a complex in the 45300-block of Hodgins Avenue near the Landing Leisure Centre..
Two people were sent to hospital, one to Chilliwack General and the other to Royal Columbian.
