Eastern Fraser Valley RCMP Stuff The Cruiser – Saturday December 8

Fraser Valley –  The RCMP invite you to join them for the 10th annual Stuff the Cruiser Campaign, as officers strive to pack police cruisers with non-perishable groceries and cash donations. Held in support of all local Salvation Army Food Banks, the event takes place on December 8, 2018, at designated locations around the Upper Fraser Valley.

Chilliwack:

When: Saturday December 8.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Save-On-Food Store locations:

· 46020 Yale Road.

· 31-6014 Vedder Road.

· 45635 Tamihi Way.

“With the remarkable support of the Chilliwack community we collected over 5,000 pounds of groceries together with cash donations during last year’s Stuff the Cruiser event,” says Constable Julie Bauer of the Chilliwack RCMP. “We are aiming to exceed last year’s totals.”

Agassiz:

When: Saturday December 8.

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: Super Valu.

“Our generous community has stuffed up to 2 police cruisers with groceries and cash donations during past Stuff the Cruiser events. We hope to surpass totals during this year’s event,” says Constable Kevin Young of the Agassiz RCMP.

Hope:

When: Saturday December 8.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Save-On- Foods.

“With the overwhelming participation of the community, last year’s RCMP Stuff the Cruiser campaign again collected over 1,600 pounds of food together with cash donations for our local food bank,” says Staff Sergeant Karol Rehdner of the Hope RCMP. “As in the past, Kal Tire on 6th Avenue will be accepting non-perishable food and cash donations as they host a pancake breakfast on December 8th from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in support of the RCMP Stuff the Cruiser event.”

Boston Bar:

When: Saturday December 8.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Canyon Tire.
