Chilliwack – Early Tuesday Morning ( November 6th@3:30AM) Chilliwack Fire was dispatched to a reported structure fire located in the 46000 block of Victoria Avenue (Chilliwack Towing).
Firefighters responded from Halls 1, 4 & 6 and on arrival, witnessed a vehicle on fire in front of a commercial business. Fire from the vehicle had already extended into the soffits of the roof.
Crews worked quickly to extinguish the fire and contain the fire damage to the front portion of the roof structure.
The interior of the building sustained minor fire and smoke damage.
No one was hurt.
This fire is believed to be deliberately set and is under investigation by Chilliwack Fire Department and RCMP.
