Abbotsford – The Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Katerina Anastasiadis as the new Executive Director. She steps into the big shoes to fill, that of outgoing Executive Director Alan Asaph who is retiring.
Katrina has been instrumental in major initiatives such as the re-establishment of the Vancouver International Maritime Centre to attract shipping offices to Vancouver and in the re-establishment of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade’s World Trade Centre.
Katerina is joining the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce after being Covenant House Vancouver’s Advisor of Strategic Partnerships, to support an international non-profit organization serving at-risk, homeless youth across BC and Canada. Prior to this role, she was Director of Immigration and Government Relations at the Vancouver International Maritime Centre.
