Chilliwack – Terry Cross is known for his tireless work as a minor hockey coach and with the Chilliwack Chiefs Guardian Angel Charity. Cross has also been the long time manager of O’Connor Collision and Towing.
Now he wants to be elected to Chilliwack Council on October 20th.
His Facebook posting states that he wants to be tough on crime: I have decided to run for city council. This decision was a year long process and one I could not make without truly understanding the all the work and challenges involved. In life I believe it is important to take action and help the place we live in, love and call home.
It is time for me to fix our city’s crime problem. We need to ensure first responders obtain the resources they so desperately need. As well as come together as a community to show strong support for the men and women who work tirelessly in the emergency respond field, these people that risk their lives for us every day.
With community support, all of Chilliwack can be a safer place.
We need to be
Tough on Crime
