Chilliwack – The Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre closed its doors around 2:30PM Monday afternoon after a large chunk off of Downtown Chilliwack went dark from a power outage.
3300 customers were without power. Social media reports of the sound of a transformer blowing up, BC Hydro has not confirmed that.
