Trans Mountain Construction Starts In September Near Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge

Rosedale/Popkum/Agassiz – After this spring’s construction to widen the approach to the Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge (Highway 9) on the South side, you can expect heavy truck traffic around the area in September.

Trans Mountain has issued a public notice that starting in September and running through December 2020, crews will be preparing a construction worksite for delivery and storage of construction materials and equipment.

That includes stockpiling and staging of pipe, including stockpiling and staging of pipe including stockpiling and staging of pipe including stockpiling and staging of pipe.

Installation of temporary office buildings or trailers to support construction crews building the pipeline and associated facilities will also occur on site in the near future.
