Mission – The 2018 edition (31st Annual) of the Mission Folk Music Festival is July 20 – 22.
The finest folk, world, roots, blues and brilliantly “un-categorizable” music from across Canada and around the world will gather at Fraser River Heritage Park.

Locarno at the Mission Folk Festival 2017
There are some basics that you should be aware of:
Parking: Affordable paid parking is available on-site and is operated by Mission Secondary School Drama Department students as a fundraising partnership with the Festival.
Artisan Market: Over 20 artisans bring to you a selection of unique, handmade, and crafted treasures!
Food: There is a selection of delicious food vendors and a licensed Bistro.
ATM machine is available on site.
Please: no pets • no alcohol • no audio or video recording • no smoking.
Clothes: Dress for the outdoors! Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, warm clothes for evening, rain gear if necessary. Bring a refillable water bottle or purchase a stainless steel bottle from our Festival Merchandise Tent as we eliminate the use of plastic water bottles. Free water refills are available on site.
Seating: Bring a low beach chair or festival chair or a tarp or blanket for seating. Standard height lawn chairs are discouraged, and you will be directed to the rear and side of the audience even if you set up before the people behind you! Please don’t block the view of others.
