Cultus Lake – The Cultus Lake Park will hold a Community Information Session on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, from 5:30-7PM at the Cultus Lake Park Office boardroom on the new Organics/Green Waste process.
This will be a drop-in style meeting; there will not be a presentation. Cameron Gemmell, of Valley Waste & Recycling Inc., and Dave Driediger, Manager of Park Operations for Cultus Lake Park, will be available to answer questions from residents.
Valley Waste & Recycling Inc. (www.valleywaste.ca) is set to begin weekly residential collection of organics/green waste in Cultus Lake Park on Mondays, starting July 2, 2018. This is a change to the existing service in Cultus Lake Park, and there are new guidelines – which can be found here.
New animal-proof totes will be provided to residents during the week of June 25.
