Mission – Join local artists Dean and Chrsitina Lauze, District of Mission Council, staff, and representatives from Downtown Mission and the arts community for the unveiling of the M Monument commemorating Mission’s 125th Anniversary.
The public art sculpture recognizes Mission’s blue-collar feel in using heavy duty trusses and many industrial elements that represent the community and its history.
The artists and Mission Mayor Randy Hawes will share comments.
This happens at Welton Common, 7337 Welton Street, Wednesday June 20 at 3:30PM.
