Mission – Soapbox racing continues to be alive and well in Mission. The Mission Soapbox Derby Association gears up for the annual race on Saturday June 23, 7AM at Stave Lake Rd. (by the Clarke Theatre).
Pre-race registration is Saturday June 9 and there will be NO registrations on race day- no exceptions.
June 9th at the Leisure Centre, 10AM — 3PM
The Mission Soapbox Derby Association does have a number of soapbox cars available for people to use for the day if they do not have their own. People are encouraged however to build or bring their own car to show off their personal, stylized “hot rod”.

- Child (8 to 14 years old): $35.00 (subject to change)
- Adult (15 years and up): $50.00
