The Chilliwack Crime Prevention Society announced that it has selected two community focused individuals who will champion the program moving forward. Kathy Funk will act as the Coordinator and Debbie Biggin will be the Office Administrator.
The Society is encouraging those interested to attend a training/educational session on January 16, 2018 at the Chilliwack Library from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The purpose is to train members and educate the public on how to be involved.
The Society is dedicated to providing residents with the support and educational resources needed to keep their neighbourhoods safe.
The volunteer organization is supported by the City of Chilliwack, ICBC, Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment and by donations.
