Harrison – The Harrison Festival Society is presenting a special Christmas show on December 15th in Harrison’s Memorial Hall, featuring swing music and Christmas cheer with Vancouver’s Cool Yule.
Funds from the event will go towards the production of the 40th anniversary Harrison Festival of the Arts, which comes to Harrison July 7-15, 2018.
“This is the first Christmas show we have produced in several years,” says Artistic Director Andy Hillhouse. “From the look of the ticket sales so far, it is a popular idea! The proceeds will help us make the 40th anniversary a special one.”
As this is a special Christmas Fundraising event, there will be Christmas baking, included in the ticket price, as well as many raffle prizes and a 50/50.
The Concert will begin at 7:30pm on Friday, Dec 15th inside the Harrison Memorial Hall. Doors will open at 7:00pm. Tickets are available at harrisonfestival.com, or by calling 604-796-3664.
