Chilliwack – The Valley Huskers are actively seeking a Head Coach to join and work with some returning coaches and assistant coaches who are experienced veterans of Junior and University football.
The club is searching for a Head Coach with:
• Experience in coaching at the Junior and/or University level
• The knowledge to formulate practice plans and administer a strong disciplined system
• The ability to create a two year action plan with a sense of direction and purpose
• Strength and leadership for both staff and players
• Time and dedication towards player and coach recruitment from the Lower Mainland, as well as across the country
• Passion and dedication to work towards building a competitive program
• Community mindedness and the willingness to keep building relationships
• The ability and willingness to work with the Board of Directors towards developing the football program
