Mission – 75-year-old Faye Delores Parkinson from Mission was found guilty of two counts of animal cruelty and sentenced to three years probation after an investigation by the SPCA, and has been banned from keeping animals for the next 15 years.
Eighteen neglected animals (11 cats and seven dogs) were seized from property earlier this year.
SPCA’s Marcie Moriarty says they’ve dealt with the woman since 2008.
She has previous animal cruelty convictions, and violated bans on keeping animals.
