Chilliwack – Now that the coaching controversy has simmered down , a touch, comes word that on September 17th at 1:00pm the Valley Huskers Junior Football Club is hosting one of two inter-conference games held in BC this year at Exhibition Field in Chilliwack.
The Winnipeg Rifles Junior Football Club are venturing over the mountains and coming to town! This game is a first for the Huskers and a first for the Canadian Junior Football League. The activities are scheduled to start at 11:00 am with the kick off time of 1:00pm.
Come early and enjoy the live entertainment by “Angus Drive” and Chilliwack Flightfest Band, “Ceiling Zero” starting at 11:00am.
Two mobile concessions the Dim Sum Express and Taters Baked Potatoes will be on site as well as the grandstand concession.
There will be give-aways, contests and lots of fun at Exhibition field prior to kickoff next Saturday afternoon.
