It has been a long time since I have read such an uplifting and inspiring book. Charles Hanna explores addiction and the road to recovery, as well as a recipe for better living. He explores financial success, overindulgence, loss and recovery in his yet to be released book Higher.
His approach to change his views on life are based on the 12 step recovery program of Alcoholics Anonymous and yet he manages to delve even further beyond the basic steps of recovery. He challenges to take a hard look at how we view life in its simplest form and to create the best positive outlook regardless of the challenges we face.
I would recommend this book to anyone in recovery no matter what stage or step they are at. I would also recommend this book to anyone searching for a deeper meaning in their life. Hanna provides readers with practical and practicable techniques and ideas so that everyone can apply the Higher way to their daily routines and to their dreams.
Five stars, a definite must read!
