Mission (CP) – Mounties in Mission are searching for potential victims or witnesses who may have had contact with a man charged with child pornography.
Investigators say the suspect had several online user names on Kik, including “ryeguy604,” “kermit1213,” “sean5654” and “kermit604,” and other social media apps could also have been used.
Thirty-six-year-old Sean Cooke has been charged with two counts of making child pornography and one count of failing to comply with a prohibition order.
Police allege he violated court-ordered conditions not to use the Internet and not to have contact with anyone under the age of 16 — and they want speak to any in the Lower Mainland area, who might have had dealings with Cooke, either online or in person.
