Langley – Heartbreaking and maddening.
Animal lovers are revolted and the BC SPCA calls it the biggest ever that they have come across.
The BC SPCA say they will be recommending criminal charges to the Crown after a mass seizure of 66 dogs from a Langley puppy mill.
SPCA say the bust was made last week and the puppies were kept in “deplorable conditions.
Dogs were stacked in small crates and cages with no light or ventilation from the urine based ammonia levels.
BC SPCA Chief prevention and enforcement officer Marcie Moriarty says the dogs were victim of a scam to sell “designer dogs.”
