Central Valley Search and Rescue were up on Sumas Mountain overnight. They had to rescue six people who were stranded while they were 4×4’ing.
Two enthusiasts went up first, they became stuck, another four buddies tried to come to the rescue and they were stuck.
Search and Rescue were able to contact them around 3AM, ( the original call was 1 AM Tuesday morning).
All six are OK and a little embarrassed.
