Fraser Valley – Slightly different set of rules for Holiday transit, depending on where you are in the Fraser Valley:
In Abbotsford and Mission , on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, buses will operate on their normal Sunday service schedules, although there will be no service on the Abbotsford-Mission Connector.
Regular service will run from December 27 to December 31, with New Year’s Eve seeing BC Transit offer extended free service from 6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on select routes. For details, click this link bctransit.com/central-fraser-valley.
New Year’s Day will see Sunday service in Abbotsford. Again, there will be no Abbotsford-Mission Connector service.
Regular schedules return January 2.
The Fraser Valley Express bus will operate on its regular schedule on Dec. 24 until 7 p.m., and between Dec. 27 and 31.
There is no FVX service on Christmas Day or Boxing Day or on Jan. 1 and 2.
