Chilliwack, BC (with files from Star FM) WildsafeBC have been going door to door around Promontory alerting people about a cougar sighting.
This happened a couple days ago on Markel Drive. With the dry hot conditions, the bug cats are looking for a food source.
NOTE: Cougar attacks are rare, but you should be aware.
