Abby Police – Shots Fired At Same House – 2 Nights In A Row

Abbotsford – For a second night in a row a residence in the 2700 block of Interprovincial Rd has been targeted by gunfire.

Early Saturday (June 8th @3AM) Abbotsford Police responded to a residence in the 2700 block of Interprovincial Rd for reports of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers located an unoccupied vehicle and residence that had been shot at.

It is believed that a pickup truck was seen fleeing the area.

At this time it is unknown as to the motive behind these shootings.

Video cameras have been installed in this area by the Abbotsford Police.

Abbotsford Police is appealing to anyone with information about this incident to call 604-859-5225, text 222973 (abbypd), or to report anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or online at Solvecrime.ca.

This may be related to shots fired call on June 7 when a chase went from Abbotsford to Langley and 7 people were taken into custody, however APD have not confirmed the connection.
