Fraser Valley — SATURDAY UPDATE – More record fell on Friday. It was the Hottest May 10 for Abbotsford and Agassiz. Records from the 1920’s fell. Friday in Abbotsford was 27.7 degrees, it was the hottest May 10 since 1993 — the old record was 25.3.

Agassiz climbed to 28.9, topping 27.8C from 1924.

Chilliwack was 28.9C. The old record was 27.8 also in 1924.

There is a strong chance that records will be tied or broken on Saturday.
