Hope- The Hope Lions Club are joining Brian Mckinney again this year for the Polar Bear Swim at Kawkawa Lake
Everyone had a blast last year watching those brave soles jump in the water while enjoying coffee, hot chocolate, hot dogs, popcorn and the fire pit lake side.
Come on out and enjoy this amazing community and the beautiful scenery. Organizers are also extending a warm welcome to those who would usually take in the White Rock annual Polar Bear swim. That event was cancelled after the recent storm damage to White Rock’s famous pier.
