Abbotsford – In preparation for the October 20th civic election, the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce, together with the Fraser Valley Indo-Canadian Business Association and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, will be hosting two All Candidates meetings on October 2nd and 4th.
The Tuesday, October 2nd meeting will feature the Mayoralty candidates and will be held in the Matsqui Centennial Auditorium starting at 7:00pm. Candidates will answer questions from a panel of business representatives as well as written questions submitted by the audience.
The Thursday, October 4th meeting for City Council candidates will be held upstairs in the AgRec Building Gallery at Exhibition Park starting at 7:00pm.
Prior to the meetings every candidate will be sent a list of eleven questions and their responses will available for distribution at the meetings and are now posted on the Chamber website at www.abbotsfordchamber.com/news
