Molson Coors Beer Tanks Roll Through Town To New Home Late Monday Night (VIDEO)

Chilliwack – Rollin’ Rollin’ Rollin’ – “Rawhide”

It’s been years in the planning, and over the weekend the first of some 100 beer tanks rolled into town (via barge and highway) and are ready to be transported to their final destination.

That will be the new Molson Coors Brewery plant on Kerr Avenue, which is still scheduled to open in 2019 and replace the Burrard Street plant in Vancouver.

The large tanks made over seas (many from Germany) and smaller tanks (some of which made in Abbotsford) will be making nocturnal trips to their final destination.

According to Ferg Devins of The Devins Network/Molson Coors, the first six of 22 Molson Coors #beertanks will begin their road trip Monday May 28th 11:59PM – Midnight.

Supreme Structural Transport Ltd. will do the moving honours.

The 12K route is from Cattermole Landing, then:
– Left on Industrial Hwy
-Left on Progress Way
– Right on Lickman
-Uturn on Lickman and right onto Luckakuck Way
-Right on Evans Rd
-U-turn on Evans Rd
-Right on Yale Rd
-Continue straight onto Kerr Ave to the site of the Molson Coors Fraser Valley Brewery at Chilliwack.

The plan is for an arrival before sunrise so there will be little traffic disruption.

Don’t forget to try and snap and share your #beertanks selfie.
