Retirement Bash For Ag Advocate Bruce Fatkin – Sunday March 25

Abbotsford – Abbotsford Farm & Country Market will say a fond farewell and happy retirement to a man that has been a driving force in agriculture and small business in the Fraser Valley for many years.

The one and only Bruce Fatkin. Not only has he been an Ag supporter, Fatkin has also been heavily involved with Community Futures and Small Business BC, in assisting young (and not so young) entrepreneurs to get their business ideas off the ground.

(Fatkin was one of many people instrumental behind the scenes in assisting, mentoring and guiding the early days of FVN Fraser Valley News.)

Abbotsford Farm & Country Market are having a party/fundraiser to say goodbye to Bruce Fatkin (the Market Manager for many years) and to raise money for their upcoming exciting year!

It’s at the Townhall (33720 South Fraser Way) in Abbotsford on Sunday March 25th from 4:30-7:30pm.

Tickets are $25 each & include burger, fries & mixed drink or beer/wine. There will also be a silent auction, so if you wish to donate anything, it would be much appreciated. All proceeds go to supporting our Market.
