Abbotsford – On Monday Morning (August 7, 2017, at 9:50AM), the Abbotsford Police Department received a report of a home-invasion robbery at a residence in the 30400 block of Sandpiper Drive.
Hours earlier, two armed men woke up three of the occupants of the home. The suspects tied up the two male victims (both 35 years of age) and the one female victim (31 years old) and rummaged through the home filling a bag as they went.
The robbers had their faces covered and one of them brandished a shotgun during the robbery. A 3-year-old child was asleep in one of the bedrooms throughout the ransacking.
The suspects stole a white Cadillac CTS and a grey Porsche Cayenne from the driveway of the residence when they departed. Cash and valuables were taken from the home. The victims suffered minor injuries.
