Abbotsford Fire – Peardonville Road Arson

Abbotsford – Saturday morning, (January 14, 6:51 am) the Abbotsford Police Department along with Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service (AFRS) responded to a reported structure fire in the 30800 block of Peardonville Road. Upon arrival both police and fire crews located a residence engulfed with flames. Residents of the house were alerted to the fire, and all eight occupants safely exited. The occupants are in hospital receiving treatment for smoke inhalation and observation.

At this time, the Abbotsford Police Department’s Major Crime Unit is working in partnership with the AFRS fire investigators to determine the cause of the fire.
