Chilliwack RCMP Christmas Pancake Breakfast For Needy Families

Chilliwack – The RCMP have partnered with Chilliwack Community Services and local business, Jim’s Pizzeria, to hold the fourth annual Christmas Pancake Breakfast for ten deserving families.

On December 18, 2016 RCMP officers will host, cook, and serve breakfast to the families invited to participate in the occasion made possible through the support of the Chilliwack community.  To aide raising funds, police are joined by Jim’s Pizzeria, who on Monday December 5, 2016, are donating a portion of all pizza sales toward the purchase of food and children’s gifts for this special event.

“Our officers are committed to the community and volunteer their time to charitable functions throughout the year.  We ask everyone to make December 5th ‘pizza night’ and join us to make this a special Christmas for ten local families,” says Corporal Mike Rail, spokesperson for the UFVRD.
