Valley Artist – New Music – Flawed Hearts And The Waiting Room

Fraser Valley – Sam and Lindsay Britton were both born in Chilliwack.  They are siblings who both graduated from Sardis Senior Secondary.  Sam has a degree in Jazz music from Vancouver Island University.  Lindsay has a diploma in music from Selkirk College.

Both Sam and Lindsay were students of Spider Lodge, where they did their first recordings (the same Spiderlodge as operated by Juno Award Winner Lori Paul).

Sam is also the lead singer of The Body Politic, a prog-metal band based out of Nanaimo.

Lindsay lives, works and performs in Vancouver.   They both took guitar lessons from Gil Knutson in grade 4 at Sardis Elementary.  Lindsay learned piano from the talented April Gibson of Sardis.

The siblings have started the acoustic project called Flawed Hearts and the Waiting Room. The first single that dropped is “Model Trains”.
