Chilliwack: British Columbia wide warrants have been issued for the arrest of Michele Lee La Chapelle, 37, of Chilliwack BC, for Fraud Under $5000 and Theft Under $5000. RCMP caution the public if sighted, do not attempt to apprehend La Chapelle and immediately call 911.
