Salvation Army – Xmas In July – The Need In The Fraser Valley Doesn’t Stop

Chilliwack, BC– Christmas in July this past weekend July 17 and 18th, 2015, brought in $5343.10 for The Chilliwack Food Bank,  from 12 locations across Chilliwack.

They could not have raised these funds without the help from 62 fantastic volunteers whom gave their time in 2 hour slots, some of them more than 2 shifts per day!!

Organizers  cannot say “Thank You” enough to all of the generous people that volunteer and assist The Salvation Army ministries in the work we do to feed the hungry,  shelter the homeless and help the hurting.
