Toronto – A Chilliwack mortgage broker has been named one of the country’s top performers.
Jordi Browne of Verico Dreyer Group Preferred Financing has been listed in Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine’s Top 75 Brokers for 2016.
This prestigious ranking, now in its 10th year, recognizes the top-selling brokers in the Canadian residential mortgage industry. The list includes new and veteran brokers, all of whom have surpassed their peers in a challenging market.
“This crop of Top 75 Brokers has set a new bar for industry excellence.” says Justin da Rosa, editor of Canadian Mortgage Professional. “We once again saw a significant increase in funded volume from the top brokers. They racked up more than $6.5 billion in funded volume – an increase of nearly $1.5 billion over last year’s total for residential mortgages.”
Aside from identifying the leading brokers in the country, CMP also recognized the top 20 small market performers – those who do most of their work in areas where the average home price is $301,000 or less.
