Chiefs Explode With 4 Goals In Third, For Road Win Vs Alberni Valley

Port Alberni – After a long travel day, the Chilliwack Chiefs score 4 goals in the third and scrape out a big win 6-4 in Alberni Valley. Brody Gagno tallied the game winner late in the 3rd period, while Arlo Merritt added a pair of goals, Brett Rylance chipped in with a goal and 2 helpers, Peter Reynolds and Nikita Nesterenko each had a goal and an assist, and Mathieu Caron scooped up the win.

It was also the Bulldog’s night for their Xmas Teddy Bear Toss.

Chiefs will be in Victoria for a matinee vs the Grizzlies Sunday afternoon.
