Abbotsford – On Thursday (July 19) members of the Abbotsford Police Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) with the assistance of patrol, the Gang Crime Unit (GCU) and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) conducted a CDSA search warrant at a residence on Larch Sreet in Abbotsford.
Evidence located in the residence consists of 464 grams of methamphetamine, 60 grams of cocaine, 60 grams of fentanyl, and other evidence consistent with drug trafficking.
Police also located two conductive energy weapons (Tasers). Charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking (“PPT”) in fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine along with breach and weapon charges are being pursued.
Two people were arrested:
A 47 year old male has been remanded into custody on previous weapons and drug charges with new charges pending.
An adult female was released on process with charges pending.
