Abbotsford – The Pacific Agriculture Show, one of Canada’s largest and most important agricultural events, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, new exhibits are being introduced as well as international speakers present on hot topics affecting the industry. This includes issues that directly impact B.C. farmers and food production, such as NAFTA, organic farming, and the shifting role of technology. This three-day public event takes place at the Tradex Centre in Abbotsford from Thursday, January 25th to Saturday, January 27th.
Show hours are 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
General admission is $15, seniors and 4H are $10, and kids under 14 are free. Some seminar presentations require separate registration. Tickets are available at the door. For more information, visit www.agricultureshow.net.
