Abbotsford Police Officers Pepper-Sprayed

Abbotsford – 34 year old Robert Dean Orr, has been remanded in custody for assaulting an APD police officer with a weapon and breaching a court order.

On Thursday morning (January 11, 2018 @2:30AM), Abbotsford Police Patrol Officers attempted to stop a male pedestrian for jaywalking in front of their vehicle.
