Chilliwack – If there was ever a time where the Salvation Army needs help, the Summer of 2017 is a prime example. traditionally the Chilliwack Food Bank runs low on all supplies, from food to baby formula to dog food. Add to that, the number of fire evacuees that are coming into the Fraser Valley. They need all the help that we can give.
Xmas in July needs volunteers as well as your loonies.
Don Armstrong with the Chilliwack Salvation Army tells FVN that they are looking for people to stand by their Christmas kettles at all the grocery stores on Saturday, July 22nd for two hours shifts.
You can contact Don at either 604 316 0528 or 604 792 0001.
